The Well-furnished Training and Research Centre of Shreyas and the trained resource persons enabled us to become an excellent training and consultant agency. Shreyas render training and expert services to local government departments and others at the grass root level on various developmental themes during the reporting year. Further the centre stands as a good platform for the other developmental actors to come, share and discuss their views on recent and relevant topics of importance and fosters linkage and collaboration. Besides this, the training and research centre contributes to capacity building of our staff, local government officials, religious and other professionals and ensures the financial stability of the organization.
